I was thinking the same. I've read so many reviews & watched dog fights on these phones so much, yet I cant fully decide. I think i'll need to hold both in my hands & decide from there.

Thats why I thought rooting should be listed up there. Andrioid is meant to be customizable, & its not hard at all to root a phone most the time I get an android for the specs & deal w/ the rest later. I'll most likely root the Gs3 if I get it simply cause Im not a fan of skins.

Id say both the HTC One & the Samsung GS3 have modified ICS a lot. I have vanilla 4.0 on my phone & although each phone has saved some aspects of it, in the end its nothing like regular 4.0..
