It had 95K miles and they wanted $14 for it. With my trade-in I got a Carmax warranty and walked out owning the car outright after writing them…

If I recall, one of the complaints about the CR test was that they strapped on this contraption that was supposed to catch the car in case of a rollower (imagine a spider with horizaontal tires on each leg) and this added weight tanded to throw the car off balance.
Will the market absorb it, though? I really feel auto manufacturers should be producing plug-in hybrids for the current U.S. market, if not exclusively, then at least as an option for consumers who aren’t ready to go full-electric just yet.
