Same. I’m no Luddite, but as someone who tends to keep vehicles for a long time I tend to prefer higher reliability over gadgets for the sake of gadgets. But I’m aware that most carmakers don’t care what happens after the warranty runs out or the satisfaction of the 2nd owner.

I hate Amazon as much as anyone, but I agree this is a stretch. Let’s focus on how they treat their actual employees before we start playing 6 Degrees of Bezos.
