Not much, and don’t call me “John.”
Not much, and don’t call me “John.”
And that’s just the places that do the actual inspection. Most of my life I’ve just hit the horn and headlights while the guy gets my new sticker. It’s a total cash grab.
Is it just me, or does the law seem less concerned when a driver strikes a pedestrian, bicyclist or motorcyclist than when they hit another car?
I know we all hate ambulance-chasing lawyers, but if there’s ever a time for one this is it.
I wondered the same thing. I’ve found many articles discussing UPS’ policy of not reselling their old trucks, but nothing mentioning the average age so far.
If it’s such a concern, NHTSA should ban remote updates. What makes dealer service departments so hacker-proof?
“Don’t ask, don’t tell” is still Ford’s official policy.
It’s a write-off...
I have to give that one credit for not including “www”
Not that it really needs more power, but it would be nice if they gave the top of the line model (a $60K midsize truck!) a catback exhaust and cold air induction to further set it apart.
I will never call it the Frankmobile.
Tom confirmed it was Grubbs Infiniti after another commenter guessed it.
The bed is too short on most crew cab trucks. As that is the most popular configuration now, why don’t they stretch the wheelbase to make it proportional?
Is there no market for sport trucks anymore? Horsepower keeps going up but so does ride height.
They’re taller and longer, but they look oddly narrow, especially from the rear.
Are most truckers considered contractors? How else is it legal to not pay them for hours worked plus overtime?
Maybe so, but they were still able to pay their CEO $15 million last year.
We would have also accepted this:
I read where Tim Kuniskis gave that excuse about the cost of carbon credits for the demise of the Charger/Challenger. You’d think the profit margin on such an old platform would be enough to offset it, but I suspect the bosses at Stellantis have different priorities.
Is the car riding on rollers or actually driving on that narrow path?
