But, but....Parks hasn't been cancelled, right? Please say no.

Not sure what you mean here? It's not a crime having sex with an inmate, whether the inmate/guard is a man or a woman.

Also - Sweden being taken over by feminists? How is that a bad thing?

I just clicked the link, (I used to really like Malcolm in the Middle, felt I needed to explain that) and it says there police were called to his house earlier this year after he punched the girl he's now engaged to and threatened her with a gun. Sad.

I'm in my third longterm-relationship now, that all started with a one-nighter. This one I'm marrying.

My brother had a white girlfriend whose parents were disappointed she brought home a black guy, but said at least she wasn't a lesbian.

So much this! I was just rewatching the whole series, and found myself hoping against hope for another resolution to the Cole-plot. But no, and it all went downhill from there...

Bogotá, Columbia...should be Bogotá, Colombia. Sorry, but as a Colombian...

But...but....Justin, I thought you lost your vcard with Britney? Have I been decieved all these years...?

We have that movie poster up on the office wall at the moment. Every ten minutes or so, some guy or another walks past and comments on her nipples. The same type of comment they would make if we had Victoria's Secret models pictures hanging there.

I'm axctually looking forward to Thor 2 - even if the first one wasn't a great movie, I thought it was good fun. And it passed the Bechdel test! And cast a black Heimdall even though the story didn't call for it! And Chris...(reverts to my bunk)

@special_boots: I did the new treatment without formaldehyde (Brazilian Blowout Zero) in January, and while it was ok it definetely didn't have the same effect as the old one, and felt like it disappeared more quickly. My hair is superdry and since I hate styling it, it was still worth it for me. But only just. Might

@memphreblues: The original Brazilian Blowout treatment was forbidden in Sweden from this year, and while I am glad they take health risks seriously, I have to say that the Zero treatment was a disappointment. Especially considering the cost. But I guess it was better than nothing...perhaps.

Oops, should have caught that. Thanks :)

Thanks, will check it out again then - or perhaps my time would be better spent reading the books...

"You know, it's just like how even the least anti-Semitic among us occasionally have a bit too much to drink and declare the Jews are responsible for every war, ever."

@LaComtesse: I want to like the show (haven't read the books), but in the first episode there seemed to be so much gratitious female nudity, and rape - which I am really uncomfrotable with. Does it get better?

Simple - bring Halloumi cheese. Delicious, and the meat-eaters will beg for a taste.

I love that they have removed the obeying part, and the she only promises love!

@hfree: And also, didn't she direct "Things we lost in the fire" with Hale Berry a couple of years ago? I really liked that, both the first and second time I saw it!
