Konami’s friendship with the fans ended long ago.

I used to buy PES religiously back when it was Winning Eleven in the US, but man, Konami cannot deal with online play, like at all. Their servers and code are so messed up...I’ve purchased PES a year or two ago and tried to play online with my brother who lives in another state- every single time the game would

Please. PES was already dead.

I’m not liking the monopoly FIFA has on licencing, but at least Konami is getting the shaft. That makes it almost okay.

I dunno where you got that idea. The Xbox One X is just a more powerful Xbox One. It plays all the same games and has the same compatibility. It’s not a different generation.

Now playing

Yes I would think so. The upgrade is brutal. It’s a game changer. It’s like the PC version we never got. It’s hard to go back. This is the only way to play the game.

Checking my own collection.

Sega is very weird about BC on the Xbox One, they seem to be 50/50. Although, Sonic Generations today might close out almost all of the Sonic Games.

If the PS5 doesn’t feature any backwards compatibility, then fuck Sony, I’m switching to the Xbox.

Morrowind on Xbox was my first experience with a Bethesda game. One great thing about that game was that dungeons had unique hand-placed loot. The bad thing about that is you can find something, sell it to a Mudcrab and only realize later it was needed for the main quest.

RDR in 4k should be it’s own story. I can’t believe it, and am *so* excited right now.

That’s a good list! Most of these are great games or classic Xbox titles that can’t really be played elsewhere. Hunter the Reckoning is a surprising one. I played the crap out of that game with my brother and I feel like barely anyone knows about it.

These 360 backwards compatible games are getting enhanced today as well.

I think that will only be doable if and when GameStop disappears. My understanding is that the main reason that big publishers haven’t been able to slash prices on digital goods is that retailers would freak out.
