Never understood the Tim Burton appeal. Always thought he was all visual and no substance.

Don’t most people have their card stored on most of the online shops they use? Or at least at a minimum Amazon, which has had one click purchase for as long as I can remember. That said, this new functionality with the credit card networks does sound nice.

I refuse to put any cameras inside for this very reason. I don’t think you need to alert anyone about an Echo or Google Home though.

I still don’t understand the whole Google Maps/Waze thing. Why did Google acquire Waze and not merge it with Maps? It seems they are going for the same features. And doesn’t Google Maps and Waze already base traffic on location more so than what people report?

Interesting related side note. Recently we did a blind taste test at a party and made two batches of brownies - one using the Ghirardelli mix that you use here and the other using the Aldi brand mix. Just made them per box instructions with no adjuncts. 15 out of 16 people preferred the Aldi.

Yikes. At least now we know why that scene was deleted.

QTTabBar does work pretty well. I would post a link but Lifehacker comments don’t seem to work right for me in Chrome the last week or so.

15 years without a playoff win? That’s cute.

So still no File Explorer tabs, eh? Pretty sure they had some version of them out in beta over a year ago. QT Tab Bar will have to continue to do for now...

Entering from the back of the lot and parking in the first spot you see is inefficient because it requires a lot of walking.

I was thinking Mac from ‘It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia’, but that’s a good one too.

You left out “could of”.

Now can you start the crusade to get people to say/type “could have” instead of the annoyingly incorrect “could of”?

Hate to break it to you but we never fully came out of the last recession.

I haven’t had the Popeye’s one, but I find the Arby’s one to be pretty good (at least better than Chick-Fil-a).

Is this a west coast thing? Here in the east everyone wears sunscreen when we’ll be out in the sun for a prolonged period of time. I don’t know anyone who likes doing it (men or women) but we all do it. Hence, I call BS on the 15%/30% number.

The dude once arrived at training camp in a helicopter. Trust me, he’s always been this way.

Because Lifehacker is all about clickbait now.

Wouldn’t work for me. I have my alarm across the room and still hit snooze multiple times.

Sigh...
