Economically, sprays are far inferior, at least the way I tend to use them. I go so overboard with sprays that I probably only get a handful of applications out of a single can. So for that reason I try to stick to the lotions, especially on the face.

I have to admit I don’t really get it. The (obviously) amateur author of that blog post seems to support the wheat belly philosophy but just had some issues with how he supported his argument.

It still baffles me that people over the age of 14 are playing this game.

Given how many craft breweries there are out there now, a very small percentage of them are under the umbrella of one of the big macro breweries.

Or...don’t do any of that...including playing a game designed for 12 year olds.
