I have to admit I don’t really get it. The (obviously) amateur author of that blog post seems to support the wheat belly philosophy but just had some issues with how he supported his argument.

So how do they keep the lights on?

It still baffles me that people over the age of 14 are playing this game.

Given how many craft breweries there are out there now, a very small percentage of them are under the umbrella of one of the big macro breweries.

Or...don’t do any of that...including playing a game designed for 12 year olds.

What I would add is dress socks. Yes, dress socks. I hate wearing socks, so when I do, I like them to be extremely light and airy. The ones at the dollar store are basically colored sheer socks for men. They probably won’t last you more than a year, but for $1 what do you expect? They’re also the most comfortable

I think it’s worth mentioning there are options other than Kindle. I’ve been using a Kobo Aura HD for years now and have been very happy with it. Not sure if it is still the case, but when I bought it the consensus seemed to be it was better than a Kindle.

I’m surprised Lifehacker would post a chart about cooking steak that didn’t include sous vide as an option.
