Yeah I've purchased probably over 50 books from Amazon over the years (mostly non-fiction) and not a one qualifies.

Yeah that's usually enough. I've even let it soak in hot soap and water for a few hours and that usually does the trick.

I've tried everything, man. The only thing that seems to help, even if a little bit, is if I take some type of sleep-aid, but I don't like to do that. Once in a while I'll take some melatonin for a good night's sleep and feel okay when I wake up but that stuff makes me kind of groggy all day.

Same here. It seems to take longer than any other service, but I had no issues once I linked my checking account. Amazon Payments is my preferred method though.

I second Amazon Payments. Way better than PayPal, and I also like it better than Google Wallet.
