Yeah I've tried them all, including the easy find lids and nothing is close to being perfect. You still always have a pile of containers...and a pile of lids. And FYI, those containers in your picture are not the easy find...they are the premier line.

Full disclosure, I'm an audio snob and rip everything to FLAC. I've done many comparisons, including FLAC vs 320kbps, and I've found that the only way I've been able to truly tell the difference is when I do similar A-B tests while using my good headphones. I've also done similar comparisons in my more $$ than I

For a kick-ass pair of 'phones for around $60, pick up a pair of JVC RX900 ([amzn.com]) and apply these mods from over on head-fi.org - [www.head-fi.org] and enjoy your $300 sounding headphones for ~$60.

VOTE: Puppy Linux

That's the funniest...and saddest story I've ever heard.

Don't worry, 'Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter' will still be available the following weekend. I wouldn't push it much further than that though.

So how is this any different from Do Not Track Plus, other than the fact that DNT+ also attempts to block the tracking?

I read something about this at one point, and the rebuttal was that while the yellow light time was decreased, they didn't decrease the time between going off green, and the adjacent intersection turning green. In other words, that while yes, the yellow didn't stay on as long, there was a longer pause between when

Yeah really. I had to read this article twice because I thought I was missing something.

Yeah, I'm sure one of the Logitech remotes will win this thing but URC puts out a far better product, many of which are in the same price range as the high-end Harmony's. But most people aren't aware of them so I don't expect them to get much recognition on Lifehacker.

Agree on Transparency...I've been using that one since the beginning. Although that Alaska one looks like an interesting change of pace.

Or even worse...they didn't get cleaned.

Mmmm...I'm not sure it's a great idea to put your laundry in the washer all packed up in a ball.

I don't remember everything exactly, but I know where Actual Multiple Monitors shined over all the others was how well the taskbar extension duplicates the main Windows taskbar. You can do everything on the extended taskbar that you can do on the main taskbar including pinning, jump lists, notifications, previews,

I've tried pretty much all of the multi-monitor software options out there, including DisplayFusion Pro, and I found Actual Multiple Monitors to be the best one. They have a free version, but I recommend the pro version at $30. It's one of the few programs I'm willing to pay for.

Funny, when I first looked at the picture, that was the image I had in my mind.

I thought Box was 25MB per file (for the free service). That's what turned me off of them.

Or spend $10 on one of these. The work great!

Pretty useful simple idea. I there was somehow a way to implement something like this in a lazy susan.

I really love the concept of RT Seven Lite, being the software minimalist that I am, but I have to say, the one time I tried to use it has been a disaster from the go. In fact, I'm finally about ready to do a re-install on the laptop I tried it on using the original Windows 7 disc. I'm willing to admit that perhaps
