How do you promote a comment?

Put most of it in gold.

If you have a NAS, why would you even need this set up?

Hey guys, I'm not knocking those that choose to do it...it's just not for me. I can understand the need. For me personally, if it's a show I really like, or a movie I really want to see, I'll just wait until I'm home and read a book or surf the internet or something instead.

Call me old-school, but I prefer the old-fashioned method of "streaming" my TV to my actual TV. I'd prefer to just wait and watch it on my 120" rather than watch it on some 10" screen, or even worse a 3.5" iPhone.

I think "Start Page" and "New Tab Page" need to be differentiated. I use Netvibes as my start page, but I use Incredible Startpage (Chrome) as my new tab page.

Looks promising. One thing I don't see though is the ability to do more advanced borders such as showing the bottom or top border with a "torn page" look. That is a handy feature in FastStone Capture 5.3.

I've been using the free version of FastStone Capture for many years now, but I've been noticing lately that it seems to have more and more issues as software changes and time goes on. I'm not sure if it has to do with Win 7 64 bit, or the programs themselves, but I'm noticing the scroll capture (which I use more

I agree, and that's why I use Tudumo after trying SO MANY GTD apps. Even bought the pay version, which I rarely do with software.

Thought the same thing.

"...so you focus only on the things you're working on now, the things you'll work on next, and the things you've completed, right in line with the GTD philosophy."

Have to agree that this guy's whole spiel comes off as informercial self-help-esque. Reminds me of that Kiyosaki 'Rich Dad Poor Dad' nonsense (but probably not as bad).

Number 11 should be joining a Warehouse Club like BJ's, Costco, Sam's, etc. While they do tend to have good prices, particularly on bulk items, it seems every time I go into one of those stores I end up dropping $300. For the most part it's stuff that I need or will use, but I can't help but think I wouldn't be

Honestly I haven't used VLC in a few years. When I switched from that to MPC at the time it was mostly due to the rendering flexibility MPC offered. PotPlayer seems to offer the same rendering flexibility, but with a much cleaner, more modern interface.

I started using PotPlayer when someone on LifeHacker suggested it in the comments a few weeks ago and haven't looked back. I used to use VLC...and then switched toe MPC, but it's PotPlayer all the way for me now. My only complaint is it seems some Korean (I think) language sneaks in there sporadically.

My shredder (Aurora) actually says in the manual to use vegetable oil.

+1

You guys must drive on different roads than I do. Most drivers I see are clueless.

Problem is, no driver will know what it means.

I was just about the post the same exact thing. This post should be removed just for that one suggestion.
