Well. They can do it but they kinda don’t need that. The female ones do it, so they can use their looks as an advantage, distraction, means to an end. And it works for them, ‘cause most of the power is in the hands of nobility, male nobility to be specific. But, and this needs to be said, they don’t have sex with

And what would you call it then? They both like him. What Triss did wasn’t exactly the best idea but... it worked for her. And let’s be honest here, Gearlt would sleep with her sooner or later anyway. It’s what he does.

I think it does. People don’t like Witchers. Prophet Lebeda didn’t like them and a lot of common folk lives by his words. Also, there is this quite popular book written by some Anonymous dude called: Monster, or the Description of Witcher. The books is in the games, but it’s also in the books. Quotes from that books

Your point there being what exactly? The woman is being tortured.

Yeah, it’s just that the way you have written that part, it made it look like they made this up to make her even more important story device.

Witchers in the books are... not oppressed or openly hated as much. But they’re not exactly treated nicely either. People don’t trust them. It may be a little bit overblown in the games, but it’s not completely made up.

You don’t have to make a single potion. You just have to I dunno... think, I guess?

I dunno, maybe someone would consider this a spoiler but.

I suppose it might be, it’s just that I can only enjoy the visuals, since I’ve seen the previous anime, UBW movie and played all 3 routes of the VN. It feels weird when you never seen a show but you’re still able to predict what’s going to happen every time. No surprises left. Thankfully, it’s that good.

I had a completely different experience. With mouse and keyboard, it feels too sloppy for me. It’s harder to loot things but more importantly, hard to kite around your enemies when you don’t have access to 360 analog movement.

That’s one, and only looks similar, personality is different but... OK. Point is, not interesting is not the same as generic, is it?

Generic? Show me at least two other characters like him then, will you?

It’s actually more likely to be a fantasy post apocalyptic setting. Weird, I know.

I’d say no. I personally don’t think, it’s worth it without the previous two (but then again, I also think it’s lackluster without reading the books and majority of people can’t even read them and they still like it).

But then, in Witcher 2, the only thing you really need is Quen. And that’s it. I have completed the game on Dark two times without dying, except for Kayran. It’s just... I could just not use it but, I can’t help myself.

Oh, it hit me just now, that there are indeed two “second seasons” on that list and not just one. But I guess the point is, rule 3 also says “...and we haven’t seen the previous seasons”.

Unfortunately, as spectacular as I am, I’m not capable of building time traveling device out of office supplies. Try Makise.

Not fair Kotaku. Not fair.

A little bit surprised to see FSN up there, and ‘cause it’s bad, just ‘cause it’s a second season (or fourth, depending how you wanna look at it).

I know. I personally don’t mind. But at the same time, I can very much imagine what’s going to happen, when the game releases and everyone finds out that you play majority of the game, you play the male character. It’s going to be ugly and sad.
