My 4Runner was totaled by the insurance company when it took a Subaru in the back. An Impreza kamakazi'd my beloved Yeti (that was it's nickname) and the frame was slightly bent. I should have just kept it as is.

500,000 CIVILIANS...
that's literally twice as many people in the whole city of Cincinnati...
Imagine if Atlanta, Georgia just disappeared.
also, you must lack any understanding of how WRC works. they still add up the times.
WRC doesn't measure fuel and is not an economy run.
Wait, are you guys doing it by legs, or by overall? Because that makes a MASSIVE difference. If you have them start even at every leg, the A8 is going to win easily. That's not really a race...that's like...not even a competition.
I'm telling you. R8 will beat A8 by 15 minutes.
I've got the R8 winning by 15 minutes.
Yeah, because those realistic HP figures are super important in a game where drifting down a canyon pass at 240+mph is commonplace...
This is going to be an insanely tricky car to drive, granted it will be light and balanced, but having that much Torque on tap at, what is essentially, idle speeds... If you so much look at the gas pedal, it's going sideways if you can't handle it.
it's in Finland for the F-Cup rally.
No pace notes or recon allowed.
73 GT-Rs/Skylines. out of 133 cars that Nissan makes.
that's 54% of their cars.
This is very odd. Rally's are, ironically, very safe for both spectators and competitors alike.
When me and my best friend were 14, we asked his dad "What's the best car you've ever driven?"
RX-2. he said, Without hesitation.
Do they have to make these innovative cars look so 'futuristic'. or at least what we think the future will look like.
Even my Matchbox Sterling won't start.
willing to spend 400% more to get that final 5% of people who don't wear seatbelts, huh?
protip: that's like trying to eliminate smoking, it's not going to happen.
I mean, true. I suppose the force of the side impact would be very diffused after the initial front impact.
Hate to bring this up, but this isn't the best method to test a car of this shape in at all.
what is the probability that the car is going to hit a wall perfectly head on? Especially this car? The car is going to hit the wall at a very slight angle, and given its shape, will turn and slap the side.
When it comes to highway driving, I can't hardly blame a truck driver for hitting an overpass. Our infrastructure needs to be updated BADLY, and the fact that a Truck driver has to constantly read every overpass height to see if he can make it is absolutely ludicrous. Even if he did read it, what is he to do? Back up…
Follow company conventions, call it the Mustang ST.
