I believe your serial will work on a disk of Windows 8, so you could somehow acquire a full installation disk and install through that. Someone want to build on this?

When I'm in the menus I can go to videos->Movies,

I need some help setting up XBMC, I think the problem lies in the directory structure that I keep my Media in, it's set up like so:

Horizontal space doesn't seem to be an issue for me however the vertical, all that space messes with the ergonomics causing one to raise their arms.

My fathers TV recently died (The backlight went, it had burnt out pixels so it's not worth replacing). This weekend we're going looking for a new one, what are the type of things to look for when buying a TV? He wants a 50-60" that can easily be wall mounted.

All the speed you want just don't download anything. ;)

Here in Ontario the best appears to be Teksavvy. There lowest plans have a cap of 300GB per month. With options for unlimited bandwidth. The only issue is that the speeds are very limited, only peeking at 30Mbps.

I don't believe there is anything special set up. You could cook up some rss feed for lifehacker. Parse for Wallpaper wednesday and then run it through again for the links. It shouldn't be too hard, more finicky than anything.

I've recently moved to a new apartment and the only issue so far is that my Samba share from a linux box just won't connect. The IP's are the same and the only thing that's really changed with my network is the fact that we don't have internet yet. This isn't really an issue because everything is stored locally. The
