Camry and Corolla drivers in CA: Slow, timid, and indecisive. Usually Asian. Seen playing Pac Man between lanes.

Any word on when this next gen is supposed to drop?

Ford, you just lost a customer who's family has owned your products for the past 35 years straight. The Focus wagon would have been a great mea culpa for that 2000 Focus recall machine I bought.

@KalEnt: Agreed as many others have demonstrated. It's still an interesting comparison nonetheless. Is it bad that I feel more excited about the iMac (when I never owned that model) over the new iPhone? Apple just seems to have lost that pirate mentality.

Ha I see what you're doing there. Since we don't get the wagon, you just bash the looks of it. That's all I can think of, because the V60 is pure hott.

@craznoe: This isn't supposed to be a smart ass question. How about not lane splitting and taking WSaM's advice of saving the ride for a less congested time? I know lane splitting is legal in CA, but it just doesn't look safe from any perspective. If you're going to pass someone within inches of their car, then

@Syntax Error: Both guys seem so happy to deliver their speeches... It's kinda funny how Apple announcements now seem more like their 1984 commercial than here in 1997.

@ZB209: I was wondering that too. The hatch body is the giveaway that its the ROW model, but nothing else I see says Sky-D.

@rotts999: If that's one with a manual, we should talk when it comes to trade in time!

Love the last paragraph. My sentiments exactly. Mazda6 wagon and all will be forgiven.

Hah, I wonder if this is the fuel pump shredding issue seen on the forums. $10k for the repair. Many are not getting covered by warranty. VW says it's due to bad fuel.

I agree that Nagare at its best (Furai) was gorgeous. At it's worst (3) it was just awkward. If they weren't going to be able to fully implement it, then it's better to let it die out for this.

I have to say for once the judges make valid comments. I saw the ArcAttack show at Maker Faire and was blown away by it. You just don't get the same feel and acoustics through the tv.

@buzz killington: Hah! I like what you did there. It must be comments like this that earns one a star.

@ShirtBloke: I see your point, but in this case, things are already being taken care of. Without the cameraman we wouldn't have proof of this heroism.

Wow, this restores some faith in humanity after that Camaro hooning video earlier today.

Any guess on how fast it was going? 60? Hooning on a public road with another car coming the other direction. Throw the book at them. The wuss might have gotten out of trouble if he'd given it some gas after landing to keep that back end from getting squirly.

@Sensei Hikaru: You don't have to. We're already thinking it.

Ford 2.3 L "HSC" 4 cyl. In my '88 Topaz it was listed at 98 HP or so. Loud and crude, it screamed for mercy at 4,000 rpm. I think in return it gave me 25 MPG on the highway.
