Except Pinball Arcade is not offering Cross-Buy with PS4. All the PS4 versions are separate and they have stated they will not support Cross-Buy with PS3/Vita titles nor will they make the PS4 tables available for Cross-Buy on Vita. This really upset me and soured me on the whole Pinball Arcade platform in general.

Or one could simply uninstall the software. Or wipe the drive clean and do a fresh install of the OS. Lots of ways around OEM Bloatware. I do it everyday here on the job. Wipe the machine clean when it arrives from the manufacturer and load up the Microsoft install DVD always runs clean every time.

Verizon doesn't really allow for "unlocked" phones since its CDMA. But honestly going to a carrier that was more unlock friendly so I have more handset freedom is something I am giving a lot of thought to.
