Yeah, that was definitely my back up plan. I just wasn't sure the UE was going to be $40 all consoles. Thanks for the info!

Well, they're doing it for PS3-PS4, so I'm hoping it will be the same for Xbox (speaking as someone mulling over the same option). I would imagine it shouldn't be too difficult to do (especially with everything tied to your Gamertag), so hopefully we'll here that detail mentioned in the near future.
Ha! No, I'm not overly worried about it; I'm kind of sick of the game as it is, and only play it now because it's a way to keep in touch with my out-of-state brother. I wouldn't mind playing a better looking version of the game on XB1, but then the multiplayer aspect would be ruined for me (assuming no XB1-360…
Good news, as someone who has been enjoying this game on the 360 since it came out. Hopefully they'll release Reaper of Souls as a standalone, though, so that those who already own the game don't need to do a double-dip.
I agree in some ways, but I had much more fun playing Diablo III than I ever did playing Diablo II. To be honest, my favorite is still the original, which had a simple, understated concept, and cool weapons. Diablo II complicated things and made me feel like the items I had were never good enough (which I know if part…
I dunno, I thought it was pretty good. I don't necessarily think it was as good as Reach, but Reach had a sense of gravitas that most of the others didn't either, in all fairness. As a return to Master Chief's story though, I thought it was perfectly good. And the new weapons were at least fun to use (although usually…
I dunno, just doing a google image search (from the comics, not from fanart), it seems to show her with "boob armor" quite a bit of the time. Even the image you've included seems to have at least slightly rounded breast plates.
Iron Man 3 was awesome, and Ben Kingsley killed it as the Mandarin. Plus, the one-shot with him in it really goes a long way towards fixing what many fans took issue with, in terms of the Mandarin. Either way, you're definitely not alone!
Somebody gets it!
I think it's funny how hard people are trying to defend Nintendo on this (well, on this and every other not 100% pro-Nintendo article). Regardless of whether or it's one line of code, it's probably something that should be in the game. It's not a good idea to exclude groups of people in things you're trying to sell…
I dunno, I've had every Nintendo system since the NES (except the Virtual Boy, which I hope to own someday), and I haven't been particularly tempted to pick up the Wii U yet. Don't get me wrong, I'm probably going to pick one up at some point, but at the moment, I'm just not that interested. The problem for me is the…
THE INTERNET IS ALWAYS SERIOUS
Speaking as someone who had all 3 consoles last gen (and will probably eventually have all 3 this gen), the Xbox 360 just felt better to me. I didn't like the PS3's UI, didn't like the controller, and didn't have enough gaming time to worry about who had better/more exclusives (still don't really have that time). The…
Yeah, I think people tend to forget that there are plenty of cheap deaths in the Souls series, just because in the grand scheme of things, the cheap deaths make up a small amount of your total (if you die a million times, 100 cheap deaths doesn't seem like much).
Yup, somebody gets it. I try to avoid fast food (at least during the week), but buying quality ingredients is usually much more expensive than just buying fast food, and you have the added pain of having to cook it (and then clean up) yourself. There's a reason that overworked America relies on fast food, and it's not…
I'm replying to your comment because a star isn't enough.
Just to clarify, you're saying that Titanfall isn't at least 50% a mech battle game? Because it certainly is.
This is the main thing these "all-digital" proponents seem to forget. High speed internet in the US is a joke, and until bandwidth is extremely high, and extremely cheap (and easily available), digital isn't going to be ubiquitous. The idea that because you can steam movies on your phone/tablet/TV/etc. means that you…
Yup, this is exactly how I am. I'll sometimes skip fast travel, not to look for hidden caves and treasure, but to just stroll around and look at the game.
I dunno, I kinda liked some of the "busywork" that I assume they're referring to. It's actually one of the things that I most enjoy about the Elder Scrolls (I'm assuming the quote is mostly in reference to that series). The things that CD Projekt Red probably thinks are tedious are some of the things that make the…
