I thought it was well known that the Sony fully funded the creation if this character for the game. Meaning they paid CD/SE money to create this character for the PS version of the game.

Nothing to do with owning any rights.

This one isn’t like that. IT does have a f2p pass but you can earn the currency just by playing too. This pass just g ives cosmetics to decorate your house or your town as you level up.

That’s it.   It works like Warzone or Fortnight pass.

The game isn’t like that at all. They mention it one time and that’s it.

They do have a f2p aspect but it works the same way they all do, like Fortnight, Warzone.  You buy a pass and then as you level up you unlock goodies. 

Technically they are not a publisher but a conglomerate . They do however own to giant publishers.

The game is also known as Football Fable. They are going for the alliteration angle so Soccer Story it is.

The title is not misleading and the people who created Golf Story do not own the word Story.  It is a fairly common word used across the Indie gaming landscape. 

I generally hate everything about this article/review. It in no way a game about shooting. I mean you barley have that thing for 30 mins and in the main chapter you can use it in you can literally just run from the enemies (nets you a trophy too).

Not sure how you gauge that.  Looking at their graph would mean they have several hundred staff still working on CP and the expansions.

I have seen other people say this and I just wonder what dishonest thing Miller has done to get people to think these thoughts. I bet it has more to do with his constant optimism than anything he has done.

Yea, I mean it won’t knock your socks off, but it does a great job of introducing gameplay loops and providing some sort of goal. Along the way you might find you enjoy some of these gameplay loops and stick around longer.

There is a plot/narrative.  They added the Artemis Path a while back. It is essentially a storymode.  Its pretty decent.

Um what. It was litterelly 2 seconds and you don’t even have to go into the store. You insert your PS4 disc into PS5 and just hit Download. That’s it. Like why is everyone exageratin this. It will even bring over your save for you. It worked for me.

Sony is in need of a devloper that can do games as a live serivice and Bungie is king of that currently. On top of that they have a new IP that is coming that Sony must have really liked.
