Just out of curiosity how was this offensive to the mail carrier. The boxes were paid to be sent to the fraternity. Since someone paid to send them the mail carriers job is to deliver them. Its not the USPS job to decide if mail is a joke and not deliver it if it is. Was the joke not funny and in bad taste? Of course.…
