Or maybe they ascended to another form of existence by the time Kirk got the Enterprise.

Maybe this is when the Sisko returns.

For all it’s worth, I’m having a hard time believing Tam would covert to the First Order after they destroyed Hosnian Prime. I understand she’s been hurt by her friends and believed the first order was upholding peace across the stars however destroying a world filled with innocent people - is she that blind?

Really, I’m wondering how Barry Allen is the first one. It seems like this is the most common source/expression of power in the universe on that show. There’s two guys who control weather, one shark-guy, a handful of people/apes with mind-powers or mild super-strength or who yell real loud, and 127 people with

Rebels /might/ just be my favorite Star Wars thing. The relationships between all the characters are so well done, and it’s just fucking good. I should re-watch it soon...

They have to do a sequel to Rebels someday and tell that story and I hope Filoni is involved. Where were these characters at in the time period of the last trilogy? At least Hera’s son should be around in 30 years.

He really should play the same role for Star Wars that Feige does for Marvel. He’s got an excellent vision and the property sorely needs someone coordinating the larger overarching storylines.

Rebels is/was really fantastic, I cannot stress that enough to people when I talk about it. It had a great blend of Jedi mysticism, fascinating stories of the inner workings of the Empire, beautiful world-building (the Ralph McQuarrie-based environments, costumes, etc was such a treasure for me), that I wish they

Rebels turned out to be a such a great series. It’s unfortunate that so many Star Wars ‘fans’ refuse to watch it. Rebels and The Clone Wars is some of the absolute best Star Wars canon material.

It’s fucking amazing to me that spending at least $11 billion to improve commute times is more politically viable that just adding real mass transit to an area desperately in need of it.

. . . . I could see it. Zuko visits Azula in her confinement, lets slip that their mother is alive, and then she escapes and goes looking for her incognito (or so she thinks). Zuko pops in a couple times to try and tell her to come back, and that “nobody is chasing her”. She gets help from some Fire Nation folks . . .

A whole season arc about how fighting for equality is Bad, Actually.

Great. Like I needed another reason to think Shyamalan sucked.

They could still do it — in this era of streaming, I can totally see Netflix ordering a single season of, let’s say, Avatar: Azula’s Quest and just bringing back all of the voice actors and writers to write a single story. Like a mini-series, perhaps with further mini-serieses along the line.

Because it’s getting to the point where genuinely decent people in that demographic are getting sick of being told such things by media all over the place

Biggest problem I have with the trailers: If anyone in all the bearded world is bummed out, the last thing you do is shave off a good beard. You let that damn thing grow til you’re ready to start picking up the pieces of what used to be your life. You drop a few el-bee’s in a workout montage and THEN you MIGHT shave

Oh god, the neckbeards are going to go apeshit over this one, aren’t they?
