Just another slice of Pai.
Just another slice of Pai.
<adjusts tinfoil hat> It was probably an AI drunk posting from Hillary’s email server.
Imagine the joy your little dirt urchins will have as they drive their waffle car through Lake Syrup and then spread that syrup to every other surface in the house.
I agree. I think it’s always dumb, but the dumbness is slightly less now. The chances of a run killing someone in a direct way due to higher traffic seems much higher than the chance the somehow they divert resources that could have helped a coronavirus patient and so someone else dies that way.
Sorry, not buying it. This was likely the safest time this could have been done. As you said, hardly anyone is on the road. I’m not buying the Alex Roy argument either, “They could have hit a truck carrying precious medical supplies”. Well, yeah but I’ll bet that’s statistically pretty low. I think most of the…
“If literally one thing goes wrong—if the team needs to call for help or a tow truck, if they get stopped, if they crash—literally anything goes wrong here and these guys would be pulling resources from an otherwise already overloaded system, not to mention potentially increasing the risk of contracting coronavirus by…
Where have you been? For the last several weeks, online is the only way any teaching is getting done. There is no physical classroom anymore. I don’t envy the millions of teachers and students suddenly trying to figure out new ways to connect.
‘Classrooms’ are now students having to study at home led by a teacher, all online.
NYC schools shut down weeks ago. There are no students in physical school buildings. And sometimes a cell phone is all the online access a student has, no computer at home.
Countdown to Pai fucking this up someway in 4...3....2..
So much this. I just got a car with adaptive cruise control and I pretty much just sit in the same lane for my entire commute and stop worrying about it.
I don’t know how their test ended up, but here’s what Mythbusters and research by a professional driving instructor (me) has come up with.
I am 41 and was able to give my 3 year son the bin of Lego bricks my brother and i played with as kids, some of which were donated to us from my mom’s Aunt as the Lego bricks her cousins played with when they were kids....
I’m about to turn 54, and I expect the LEGO bricks from my childhood, which my kids have already played with, to be passed on to my grandkids eventually. We should maybe wash them sometime, I guess.
It was very clearly Ben’s memory and imagination. People are overthinking this.
Punching the seat back of the person who reclines, on the other hand, is totally a dick move. If the story is accurate (which I wouldn’t automatically assume), I hope that guy chokes on his pretzels.
Before this comment section devolves into the inevitable shitshow:
> implying the US and China are even close to the same level of oppression, authoritarianism, and censorship
You poor summer child. So unaware.
groovebook was a shark tank success btw
Given the competition, I’d add “Service likely to still exist six months from now”.
