There is a new one that just opened up near our house. I took our 3-year old and it was the first time I had been since probably Middle School about 25-30 years ago. What a disappointment!

Unless you live right next door to the auction, then you have to pay for getting it wherever you are. That would eat up more than the profit. Then you are stuck with a BMW with no key, which would probably cost you several hundreds to replace and a bad engine. 

Why would you buy FCA? You would be getting 1, maybe 2, top models with Jeep and maybe Ram, but you would have a huge anchor with Dodge and Chrysler dragging you down. The best thing for FCA to do would be to sell Jeep and Ram separately from the others, but that would probably mean shutting Dodge and Chrysler down…

That was my first thought. Hopefully, they upgraded the suspension, but looking at the photo and the way the back end drops, it doesn’t look like it.

So this study was about how the officer spoke with African Americans compared to whites. Would have been interesting also to compare how the officer spoke with the civilian compared to how the civilian spoke with the officer.

IMHO the biggest thing is getting past the name. When Lexus, Infiniti, etc. started, they opened their own dealerships. Now, you are asking someone looking to spend this kind of money on a luxury car to go to a Hyundai dealership. Not sure that they can match the experience that comes with the luxury cars.

I worked for a construction company and we did some school jobs. Even though these were new schools with no kids around, we had certain employees who, due to a criminal background, could not work on them.

IMHO this is a little like shifting the deck chairs on the Titanic. Brian France has nearly completely ruined the once-great sport that his Grandfather and Father built. Just wonder how much longer it will last or if someone will finally get smart and get rid of him in order to save NASCAR?

Unfortunately, Bernie was using the sport to increase his personal bank account. He wasn’t setting up races that were the best options for F1, but who could pay him the most money. Just wish that there was some way that they could get him to stop coming to each and every race like he is still in charge.

Not a Lakers fan, but I hope that they pass on this kid. IMHO he is going to be the biggest bust in the NBA. He is not really a great player. A lot of the attention paid to him is because of his idiot dad.

I totally understand how a truck driver may no notice this extra weight and everything due to his load. My question, though, is how do you not look in your mirrors several times during that four mile drive and not notice that this car is right there?

I read an article the other day that said that these might not have been actual weapons in the parade, just shells. Some expert looked at it and said that the nose on several missiles were messed up and he theorized that they might not have anything inside, just the outside shell of the missile.

Sorry, but I don’t buy this one....

Pretty interesting stories about these ladies. They were featured a few years ago on Texas Country Reporter, a show that does stories about different things in Texas.

This does sound really shady. Looking at their financials, they are struggling to keep above water. How were they given this factory over two established companies like Land Rover and Daikin?

Couldn’t tell, but was that a meter maid in that white Prius that just drove by slowly? It had some logo on the door, but I couldn’t read it.
