That's awesome just because of how terrible it is.

And I'm sure those researchers aren't even confident in their findings. They have to tread lightly with issues like this. If some scientist comes out and says, "I'm so smart, I just found that the speed of light is not the fastest attainable speed by particles!!!!!" and is later proven wrong, his career is ruined…
True. Personally I wouldn't make the switch as I tend to buy new anyway, but many others will.
If game developers want to stop the sale of used games, they should instead focus on making games that people don't want to sell. You know, like GOOD games.
This is exactly why I'm against online passes and purely digital games. There's a huge advantage to owning something physical.
The problem with purely digital media is that it will only give people more reason to pirate it. If every game you wanted was only available new for a ridiculous price, and there was no other way of buying it, you'd probably be more likely just to download it.
Next thing you know, Chrysler will be selling "activation codes" for their cars that are linked to your DNA, a sample of which is tested every time you press the ignition button.
Stores like Gamestop are going to freaking hate this. They make a killing off of used games, and this is going to dig into their profits. It isn't hurting them much now since only a handful of games actually use online passes, but if it's ubiquitous, people will know and stop buying used games.
What a crazy country. And I thought drivers in North America were bad!
Problem is that if you make your children give you passwords to their email accounts, they'll just make another. There's nothing to stop that. No matter what you do, your children will do whatever the fuck they want online. Might as well respect their privacy in the first place.
Two seats, and mileage worse than a Focus, but with only 3 cylinders? Yeah, of course it's a dumb car.
I am concerned about that as well. One hour is too long.
Anyone who forms their morality and philosophies purely on imagined membership with a group is a fucking moron. This goes for both religion and politics. To unquestionably accept the ideas of a group is the greatest crime one can commit against the capable brain we were all born with. Saying that one is "left wing" or…
Yeah, it would take a shit ton of work, but people have done more elaborate fake videos before. It's better to err on the side of caution than assume something is real and look like an idiot later.
Upon seeing the higher res version, I'm more inclined to call bullshit. There's a constant halo around his figure that distorts the surroundings in a way no other object does.
How the hell is this guy supposed to help direct traffic? If I was on the road, I would have no fucking idea what he was trying to tell me. "Oh, the moonwalk, so I suppose I'm supposed to go backwards now?"
The saturation of his clothing seems to be a little off compared to the surroundings. Now, this could just be because he's wearing colors that are greatly different from the surroundings, but combined with plenty of artifacting around his movement, the video tends to have a look of fakeness about it. Could be real,…
Holy shit, my pants would have been brown.
