Ah, there are a lot of better writers than Ayn Rand.

Yeah, pretty much every behind-the-scenes on TOS paints Shatner as a dick. I believe the story is that he and Nimoy didn’t get along particularly during the series because Spock stole some limelight from Kirk, but maybe there was more to it.
I’ve met some writers and comic book artists and been lucky that in the main they were alright people. However, I’ve never wanted to meet or know anything about any actors because they are not the characters they portray. The characters, yeah, I’d like to meet them, the actors, nope.
Shining a light and arguing isn’t “attacking”. And him being elderly doesn’t mean shit. He has seemingly full mental capabilities (at least for someone threatened by “SJWs”) and he’s owed no respect because if you paid attention to him all his adult life; he’s basically always been a clueless asshole.
Yikes. I’ve never seem TOS, but big fan of TNG and VOY, but I always thought Shatner would be a liberal. I did feel his reactions after Nimoy’s death felt underwhelming or disingenuous, but I thought maybe that were only TV show buddies and not real world friends. Guess he was just an asshole.
It’s probably best to ignore Cranky old Grandpa Bill.
I disagree with the mindset of “Let them do it at home or they’ll just go do it on a park bench.” It seems like many parents have the mentality of “Welp, nothing we can do! Kids gonna have sex, might as well be ok with it.” I know I’m in the VAAAAAAAAAST minority here, but I plan to teach my kids to wait until…
I think Savage is off base. If anything, Star Wars represents a much more dangerous strain of thought. Star Trek posits that reason, empathy and. when necessary, the judicious use of force is the best way to achieve peace and progress. The franchise is both optimistic and pragmatic. Star Wars, at least in the movies,…
If the answer isn’t Dancing Queen, then I don’t want to live in this universe anymore.

I dunno - Carry On Wayward Son might be up for a challenge.
Best song ever? Hmm, Stormy Weather by Harold Arlen.
Africa? I’ll accept that. Most anything by Toto or Journey would be acceptable to me.
I would hope “More than a Feeling” is at least number 2!
This kinda cracks me up because my son absolutely loves the song “Africa” by Toto. He’s 11 years old. He literally listened to it a few hundred times and still stops and pays attention when it appears in an 80s mix.
When my 3 year old daughter started singing the words to “Africa” after only hearing it a couple times, I can second these conclusions.
I like this Pizzaria version
HA! Watch "Blast from the Past."
Here's more young Nathan, but from Two Guys a Girl and a Pizza Place. He was the apartment handyman. Been a fan of his since that show :)
I've gotten used to him in Castle. He was so young in Firefly.
