Buyer beware on the GearPro 720p camera. My wife purchased one for me which quit working entirely after the 3rd use. Customer service from parent company Pyle was awful, but we finally got a replacement months later, which also quit on the 4th use on a trip to Mexico. The company has never responded to our request

Blasphemy. WD-40 is made from the tears God cries when he sees rust on cars.

I had no previous experience when I started replacing the radiator on my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee because I was cheap at the time. Through the miracle of the internet I learned and it eventually ended up lifted, armoured, loud and powerful. Then I moved onto old german and british cars. Inter-webs FTW.

Interesting car - seen a few ones like this at C&C here in Minneapolis. Depends on what you're looking for - if you want a modded 911 with the best of 12 years worth of styling - probably a REALLY good deal. If you're a purist, walk. Overall, looks respectable to me and reasonable well done for a heavily modded car.

At least it wasn't filmed in portrait...

Here's the maintenance list for my '87 911 over the last 5 yrs: new fuel filter, new back shocks, valve tuning, change oil every other season (it takes 14 qts!). That's it. Seriously. They're indestructible.

I tend to agree with Fjord...recently had a 13 hr to Narita and it was delightful to not have to work on anything. Balancing a FT job and grad school - I have no free time as long as I can get on the internet, so forced downtime is absolutely lovely.

Any post SC 911. Anything beyond spark plugs and changing the oil starts with "drop the engine". FUUUUUU.....

My god, I feel like you just turned my whole worldview on end... and so early in the morning too...

Part of it is likely a visual effect. The black rockers usually make it look taller than it actually is, but since there's no color contrast on this one it gives it the slab-sided look. But that's on top of it being functionally worthless and hideous.

First (gold-ish) one looks like a possessed gopher.

Completely agree - which is why there are four Blizzaks sitting in my garage right now, but people think about winter tires the same way they do LED lightbulbs - solely in terms of cost and not in terms of return.

1" of snow creates exponentially more problems than 6" in MN because everything thinks they're invincible and goes fast. Don't blame people for not running ahead to signal though. That bridge is awful. Almost no shoulders and if a car jumped the jersey barrier it's about a 25 story drop to the river bottoms.

For sure - it's seriously that well done.

I ordered an Autodromo Monoposto for myself last summer when they were available and was really blown away by the whole experience. Bradley's watch is second best in my collection only to the Omega Speedmaster given to me by my wife on our wedding day. You can tell he put a lot of work into the design and sourcing.

I vote CP for the combination of salvage and mileage (plus the fact the guy doesn't know how to detail for an ad (cassette adapter in the radio, dust on the dash - c'mon man?!)

Agreed, brilliant marketing technique and well planned, but as with anything that was almost great: dammit, they got caught.

Somebody needs to take Putin's toys away for a while.

Yeah, it's gonna sell like crazy. Perfect vehicle for a millenial/Gen Y moving out to the 1st tier suburbs as they have kids - IF they get the pricing right. But seriously, why limit the diesel and the manual transmission?! This makes ZERO sense. Why wouldn't you want a manual in the "trail" version of this?

As a cyclist of many years: 1) The 1980s called and wants her Schwinn back, 2) if they left you enough room, why do you care lady?, 3) you were so unaware of the situation that you missed a COP car? Anyone who knows what they're doing on a bike doesn't sweat the small stuff, respects the 2 ton pieces of metal driving
