You just posted about this game two weeks ago. It's even the same video. Yes, it looks fun. It looked fun April 23rd, too. And November 29th two years ago. And September 21st two years ago.

It's not the same thing as those, considering those are poking fun at the idea and they never mention the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles TM by name. This game summons those properties by typing their legal names, and is just an inclusion of the characters. It's not "Hey look it's Poptart Kitten." or "Breakfast Feline".

I'd hardly call Butch the main character. Pulp Fiction was also NOT a movie the studio was banking on to make a huge assload of money, and on top of that, the person didn't agree to the role. Obviously he wasn't that into it if he wanted to sleep on it.
