Why? The audio output on both consoles is identical (optical). And almost all of them allow for standard audio or PC connections. The difference is that it's an official xbox product. Meaning in addition to the game sound, all voice communication is wireless as well. The Turtle Beaches require a cable to be connected from the headset to the controller. Most probably the Game audio will still be connected via optical audio.
