I don't expect every comment to be positive, but the person was attacking me on things that are essentially personal preferences and have nothing to do with whether a person is healthy or not. Some of the things she mentioned are also "skinny people problems" and are fairly genetic.

Lol, I didn't "find" it. I made it. And it's also a medical fact that the average woman in this country is my size (a size 12), and a medicine like Plan B needs to be able to serve the majority of the population.

I suppose you've been successful in derailing the conversation. My point was that when people think "obese", they usually think this:

I can't remember her name, but she basically looked like me if I was brunette and had even bigger tits.

I don't care if you're a woman or a man. Either way, you're an asshole. Being skinny won't make you a good person.

Thanks! Yeah, regional stuff is definitely at play there. I'm from the south as well and I too have had people tell me that I'm "healthy" when I've called myself fat. I told my local community theatre director that I'd love to play Tracy the next time we do Hairspray, and he told me. "You're... healthy, Mary. Keep

And you are absolutely correct. :D

Yep! It was my first Hawthorn! I'm supposed to actually be making my third one right now, as it's a sponsored projects and I'm behind on my deadline... -_-U

It's funny because I somewhat recently discovered that the reason why one of my exes is still pursuing me is because apparently he thinks I'm one fine piece of ass. We still talk on occasion and somehow we ended up talking about porn. After seeing what his favorite porn star looks like... I now totally understand why

People like that are both hilarious and sad, especially since what he listed seems to be so driven by personal taste. I've met guys that aren't interested in people my size and I've met guys who think that I'm a fucking goddess. Rarely have I met someone who seems so offended by my body. It's like they can't fathom

Oops, repeat comment.

I'm mildly amused that like half of what they listed is stuff that is genetic and are things that "skinny" women deal with as well. I've certainly heard my thin friends complain about flabby arms and jaw definition.

Aw, thank you! I'm a seamstress and I made the dress myself. It's the Hawthorn dress by Colette Patterns.

Thanks, I made the dress myself.

And there's a difference between people who weigh more than what is appropriate for their frame (hence causing health problems like knee and joint issues) and people who are just naturally going to weigh more. If I weighed 140 pounds, I would have to be living horribly unhealthily and would look sick. I am an active

And some people are healthier at larger weights and are not able to weigh as little as society deems acceptable. Being punished for being healthy at my size is kind of unfair, especially since people seem to want to use sizism as an excuse for working less and not serving a large portion of the population.

That's not how Plan B works. It works as an extra strong does of birth control that keeps you from ovulating. If you have already released an egg, it won't do jack diddly. It terminates nothing, but simply prevents an egg from being fertilized in the first place. Check out this for more of an explanation: http://www.oh

I'm 5'4" and I weigh more than that, but I don't consider myself to be fat. People wear their weight differently, especially people who are active (like me) and have muscle mass.

Ah yes, look at how obese I am:

Hmm... Well all I remember from the last sex ed class I had, which was in the 9th grade back in 2004 or 2005, is that they made sure we knew that oral sex still counted as sex and that abstinence was the only 100% way of not getting pregnant.
