Agreed. Last year, the iPad would be the big groundbreaker, but this year, the Kindle Fire has effectively presented the first wildly popular and more importantly, affordable non-Apple tablet.

Because those shown are from District 2, a wealthier district that supplies guards/security stuff to the Capitol and are consequently much better fed.
