That's one of the many reasons I love my Kindle. I have soooooooo much smut on it and I can read it with no one the wiser or have to hide the books.

I totally saw the funnel cloud for that twister on the way back to my dorm from Target. Some dude had his arm out of a car filming something with a camera phone, and curious, I glance over and it's like, oh hai there funnel cloud. Going the other way now. Kthxbi. So freaky. Sanford is just a few minutes down the

He's only three years younger than me, so I can lust guilt-free. That being said... *wolf whistle*

Seriously. As a rule, I don't meet anyone in real life that I haven't talked to online for quite a while and that I haven't thoroughly stalked their facebook. No facebook, no date. I don't care if they're trying to avoid being too mainstream or whatever- my safety is more important than their hipster values.

Amen to that, for different reasons. I wear a 36DD and none of the VS bras fit. They all have padding that pushes my boobs out of the cups when I wear supposedly my size. Indeed, fuck you Vickie- not all women need fucking padding.

SECONDED.

I used to do that too with paperback books.

It's not the backlight that hurts my eyes- it's the glare. I love my iPad, but the screen is just too glossy for extended use. Also, it's a lot heavier than a standard-sized novel. My Kindle is a lot lighter and feels like reading a traditional book. My iPad decidedly does not.

Well it's not like both can't exist. This isn't a neither can live while the other survives type of situation. Vinyl records are still around and serve their purpose, coexisting with mp3s. As a bibliophile, though, who loves public domain classics as well as new books that are thick and expensive as new hardcovers

I love my iPad, but it's not nearly as good an ereader as my Kindle. It's heavier and the glare gives me a headache after a while. It's great for textbooks, but when I'm reading a novel, my Kindle gets all the love.

iPads are great as tablets but not nearly as enjoyable as ereaders (coming from a person who owns both). My best friend has a Nook Color, but I feel like the e-ink on my Kindle makes for a much more pleasant reading experience. In comparison with the Nook Classic, the Kindle 3 is light years ahead (and cheaper). Get a

Check out oberondesign.com. I love their leather Kindle covers because they make my Kindle feel like an old leather book, which is fantastic. I looove pretty books and honestly missed that the most about switching until I got my Oberon cover.

I'm 20. I have one. I keep it on my purse. (Don't judge me- college students don't count. Not a pedo, just very silly.)

Unfortunately, no. The singer is Eva Simons, but they helped write the song, though, I believe.

As someone who practices a somewhat different Christianity than the American mainstream (I'm not fond of organized religion), Gaga's religious stuff really speaks to me. I feel like she and I have similar beliefs, so I feel like I like her religious references a lot more than other people. *shrugs*

The picture confuses me, as that state is most definitely not Ohio.

Lies, all lies, unless there is something going on in the elementary ed classes that us secondary ed folks don't know about. Personally, I've been told that I have illegible (but pretty) calligraphy handwriting.

My mom is uber-conservative and hardly the person I would take shopping when I'm on the prowl for slutty clothes. My BFF, on the other hand, is great to go shopping with, and this "competition" thing is absurd. Even if we both liked boys (my bestie is bi with strong lesbian leanings- she technically likes boys, but

I swear by bicycle shorts. No chafing for me! ^_^

Except for the gays- we learned in my colonial Latin American history class the other week that the Inquisition was obsessed with buttsex. Seriously.
