Prostitution is legal in Nevada outside of Clark County. What’s hard to believe is your spelling.

Lonzo isn’t anywhere near as ruthless or capable of a defender as Jason Kidd was (Kidd was both a prime athlete and he grew up balling against Gary Payton) but if he improves that jumper and his defense then he can become a nice approximation of Jason Kidd.

Must be a slow news day in Tampa and abroad.

No you’re not a coward. If there’s a referendum then you’re not doing your civic duty if you choose not to vote. But a tweet or a quote is not a vote. It’s virtue signaling and it doesn’t do anybody any good. Unless the city or county government now looks at what’s trending in order to set their agenda or make

Ya I don’t really know why anyone wanted to hear their opinion in the first place. Sounds like a bored reporter looking for cheap fodder for an article.

Why was anybody asking them in the first place? Who cares what a hockey team thinks about anything other than hockey? It’s a corporate entity not a person...

Well if you trust dictionary.com then the second definition pretty much describes how some people still view the confederacy: “a person who regards himself or herself as a defender, especially of individual rights, against presumed interference by the federal government.” I’m not saying they are right about in their

Those 1,000 employees are in a number of different states and it’s their personal choice not to relocate. They didn’t get jobs taken from them. They could have moved too. And it’s really not a bad investment. The property taxes alone will take care of the tax break and that doesn’t even include the sales tax on things

Ya I think that’s what’s lost in all of this. These are mostly professionals supporting a family and are likely half-way to retirement. They aren’t worried about how many olive gardens there are. They want to be able to afford a nice lifestyle and save for the future. It’s pretty difficult to do that on either coast

They’ll get it back in property tax.

They are moving in stages. The buildings in Plano are still under construction. They were originally scheduled to move from Torrence to Plano early this year but like virtually all construction it’s taken a little longer than expected. Don’t worry that facility in Torrence will be empty of Toyota staff soon enough.

You’re wrong about the traffic but everything else is correct.

LA has worse sprawl than Dallas does. Most of those employees were probably living in the ‘burbs of LA so it’s not like they went from living on the ocean to living in a wasteland.

Agreed on all counts. I think this fight is the real title fight and that the next fight that needs to be made is Whittaker vs. Mousasi. Mousasi vs Romero would be good too but I like the idea of two top-tier stand up fighters trying to figure the other out. I think that would be an excellent fight from a tactical

So is Herschel walker. Some people are just born with crazy genes and are also willing to put in the work to maintain their physique/ level of fitness.

You picked an odd person to compare him to. In his late 40s Herschel himself still had prime Herschel physique.

Trying at what?

Based on history I’m willing to bet those two things are mutually exclusive.

My buddy makes fancy cocktails for a living and I used to wait tables so we’ve talked about tipping convention quite a bit. He seems to think what’s fair is the standard of $1 per drink at a normal spot and if it’s a fancy cocktail bar (with complicated beverages) such as his then $2 per drink is appreciated but

I think you should tip something. Five to ten percent would be totally reasonable in my opinion. Some folks will disagree I’m sure but part of the cost of eating prepared food is convenience and at some point there is a person at the restaurant making your meal more convenient even if you’re not utilizing their tables
