Did you see the headline? I imagine that has quite a bit to do with the tenor of the comments.

It appears to have an interesting and novel way of defining and identifying “hate.”

Stupid fucking headline. “almost”

I think you’re forgetting that Butler and Hoiberg appeared to not get along too well during the season. I imagine this trade was made as much for that reason as any other. You can’t have your best player trying to undermine your head coach if you believe in that head coach as a long term solution. That’s very basic

Ya I think you’re right: it’s important to note that Butler is a top 15 player, not a top 5 player. He’s special no doubt but he can’t be your best player and expect to win a title. He’s not some kind of wizard distributor or else he definitely would be a top 5 player and this trade would look real stupid for Chicago.

I agree. I just never saw the point in having these press briefings because we all know that talk is cheap. It’s very easy for the president to instruct somebody to say one thing then instruct others to do the oposite. It kind of feels like the only reason these briefings exist is so the press corps can “ask the tough

Agreed. It’s certainly not the truck driver’s fault he got hit by a dumbass but this video is exhibit A in the argument of why defensive driving and situational awareness are so important.

Josh Jackson does not have a lower ceiling than Kristaps.

His knees were the problem there. Miggy played a quality 3rd base when he broke into the majors.

Huh I guess the joke flew right by me. Saying you’re wrong wasn’t a “shot” in my opinion. It was me expressing my own opinion. Really don’t know why you think that’s being a dick. Everyone is certainly welcome to not use the service and instead use an inferior service which costs more but it sounds like that’s not

What is not great about Uber from the consumer standpoint? You get a ride for significantly cheaper than a cab. You tell them where to pick you up via GPS and they show up promptly at that spot. The cars are cleaner and more comfortable than a cab (typically). I think you’re still fucking wrong. But maybe you like

I had a buddy in high school who’s dad owned one of these. It was actually a pretty nice little car. It did have some minor reliability issues (a net positive considering who designed and built the car) and of course was expensive to repair. But it drove like a dream and had a fair bit of get up and go. It also

He started buying the season tickets when the bears were not as shitty. Considering how well Packers fans travel and the close proximity to Wisconsin I can only imagine how out of control those bears-packers tickets get on the secondary market when both teams are good.

It’s a very big accomplishment. But you didn’t even include the UFC heavy weight camp stipe miocic in your title count. He won the belt in may last year and has defended it twice since then. So you can add 3 more championship appearances to the tally.

I think it’s always acceptable as long as the clothing style fits the occasion. In other words whenever a t shirt is appropriate attire it’s alright to wear a ZONDA shirt or some such. I don’t see anything wrong with wearing a shirt that displays your interests. To the folks out there that disagree, do you have a

It’s like wearing a musical artist’s shirt to a concert. It’s another way to feel like a part of the event in my mind.

I’m the exact same way about all of my clothing except for branded automobile shirts. I’m not particularly concerned of what other people think. I just don’t want to advertise for Adidas or Nike. I have no problem advertising for Ford Mustang because I like that car. It really is as simple as that to me.

He said something very similar to: punches at the belt line are considered legal. I think it was pretty clear he wasn’t going to count a punch to Kovalev’s navel as being a low blow because he had his trunks and guard up waaaay higher than where anybody would consider the belt line to be.

The first low blow was 100% legit to the balls. However I believe that was the only one not at the belt line. You’re correct, weeks specifically stated that blows at the belt are not considered low and in my opinion he refereed the fight in accordance with those instructions.

What’s curious about that? He’s not participating in the fighting, refereeing or judging of the fight. If you’re worried about getting biased reporting then you could read someone who doesn’t state at the very beginning of the article that he had a betting interest.
