I agree with you, too a point.

People want Female enemies, But Violence towards females on video games is badly taken.....Make up your mind people.
She has the right to speak up against it, and I have the right to speak up against her.
Not fair at all. If you want to make a game with sexualized women you should be allowed to. If you want to use lingerie as armor in your game - you can. I'd argue that women LIKE that. I play some GW2 -and while they have some ugly female models - my g/f concentrates on making her characters look stunning.
I generally agree with what she says, but some of her wording here makes it sound like she wants it to completely change. I'm a sex-positive feminist. I don't want sexuality to completely disappear, I just want options. There are times I play a totally get down to business type, and times I enjoy tarting my character…
There's a few iffy ones. For the most part, obviously, they're fair. 2, 3, 4, 6 and 7 are fine (although, 2,3,4 and 6 are all pretty much the same thing).
I agree with everything on her list, but anyone who looks at a checklist before creating something shouldn't be creating anything.
It stifles creative inspiration. You and I may not agree with the "disrespect", but I'll stand up for creative freedom before I stand up for gender based censorship. I want to see games that use over the top violence and sex next to thought provoking and mature games. Why not have both?
I have some issues with 8. I think would sub-divide it and say that if you're going to have sexualized enemies, then either 1) include non-sexulized enemies as well or 2) have a damn good lore or gameplay reason not to.
I THINK she understands her own argument... it's just highly flawed and often stems from a place of ignorance...
Mario and I never quite mixed. But I was fine with that, because all of my deaths were 'fair' - it was always my fault, not the game's. That I conceived my losses in this manner is a testament to the game's design and hairpin controls.
It sounds more like he's just saying "Don't interrupt yourself with meta-writing tasks like using reference material for something specfic while writing. Just write now and do the reference checking later after you've written."

All this kid needed was 1,200 to get it done?
I don't think you're capable of understanding any of the complex ideas being discussed here...
You're normal, and healthy. It's the people trying to shame your appreciation that are the problem, no matter what ism they wrap their intentions in.
I guess I will just never understand why people are offended by this stuff, as I female I grew up playing Soul Calibur games, I thought Ivy was really cool when I was in middle school and I still do! I used to play as her a lot.
Skimpy or over the top or not skimpy and low key, I don't really have a problem with…
I love post-Dawson Vanderbeek and his willingness to basically do whatever.
