We have something similar set up at home, all of our gutters lead to a 55 gallon rain barrel that we use in hot, dry weather to keep the grass healthy.

I wonder what this could do to summertime humidity? I've spent more than 10 summers wishing it wasn't so damn close to 100% all the time. If this means renewable energy, fresh water, AND lower humidity, where do I donate?
