Airmail might be the best client for the the Mac, but I'd like it to map to GMail's Category tabs.

That "duck thing" is probably Adium (https://adium.im/) Different color icon, but Adium is a Mac based IM app that does just about any IM plaform.

I just wish Evernote would import from scanners easier. I've only tried this with a Mac, but there are too many hoops to jump to get a simple scan of a doc loaded into Evernote. They need to make this easier and not require a specific scanner.

OneNote isn't as bad as some say. It does some elegant stuff with Outlook. But besides the pay side, OneNote is a Windows only app. It does have a web version, but it's not integrated with other stuff like multiple browsers. I gave it a chance, but in the end I went back to Evernote.

I was living in Japan when this ad came out. Thought is was ironic that in Japan Toyota was using Eddie Murphy, but in the US the ad Toyota was running in the US was, something like "we don't need a celebrity spokesperson", in response to the Ford commercials that had Lindsay Wagner... man, I'm old!
