You mean if I had hooked a battery to my head before I took the SAT's I would have gotten an 800 on the math portion instead of a 790?

@AreWeThereYeti: You might want o read that article I posted which surveyed a majority of perr-reviewed scientific studies and found that most scientists are neutral in terms of AGW support.

@jackslackofselfrespect: It's easy to pick one title out of many and make fun of it without reading the article, isn't it?

@AreWeThereYeti: Let me just offer this in response to your belief of a consensus:

@ThePr1nce: The beauty is if only evolution is true and we die off, no one will be around to care.

@SEDAGIVE?!: To serve as an example, here are two example sources of peer-reviewed scholarly science article supporting both sides:

@jackslackofselfrespect: The problem is, it's not a black and white issue. There are people who believe in the whole spectrum of possibilities from the "None of climate change is anthropogenic and we can't stop it and it won't hurt us anyway" people, to "It's entirely man-made and unless we do something we're in big

@AreWeThereYeti: Science is capable of coming to one singular answer, just not in the hands of imperfect people. A gun that shoots perfectly straight will still have a margin of error when held in the hands of a human being.

@jackslackofselfrespect: Why? I'm not putting myself into the argument itself, I'm criticizing the acidic style of debate most people are using in this subject and people's unwavering faith in the infallibility of science.

@natelock: Both directions could be seen as the cautionary path. Both sides are erring on the side of caution. It simply depends on what you feel is really at danger, the world's climate or economy.

@Arbron: Exactly. People treat science like it is an infallable system which exists outside the realm of natural human error. It is a system which is developed and operated by mistake-prone, imperfect people. Science will never be more infallable than people are by their nature.

@AreWeThereYeti: Problem is, what constitutes an informed opinion is decided by each individual based on their biases. So everyone thinks they have an informed opinion, and everyone thinks the other opinion is rubbish.

This logic can apply to my hobby of stabbing random people in the street!

@superfluousK: What evidence? The evidence for or against? There's both.

Excellent! Now this bot can do what 99.99% of people do when talking about global cooling, errr global warming, errr climate change.

@Dominic Williams: I typically have no problem with anything any part of her body is doing.

@lazaruspryor: You can put any file type in dropbox and send it to your friend. There are file size limitations to free accounts, though.

@espinha: It's pretty simple and easy. If you send someone a link to a file in the public folder of Dropbox, they can right click the link and select "save target as".

@Ricardo Trujillo: No, I don;t sound like any party. You think I sound like a Republican because I'm speaking against someone who is obviously left wing. I have said nothing that deals with any political issues or shows any political leaning. You just want to see it.
