Ooo, looking forward to the inevitable Jimquisition video that’ll come of this.

The thing that made the Silent Hill nods the most apparent, even before they showed what the Upside-Down is like, is the musical cues whenever something weird is afoot. Not just “oooo, spooky music.” but straight up, 100% Akira Yamaoka. That very, very distinct industrial sound that is very specific to Silent Hill.

The introduction to Brütal Legend where you get to select whether or not you want gore and/or vulgarity was hilarious!

I’m on Lamia and haven’t had any issues running dungeons yet.

Having 100% the demo, I can say that failing to clear a Bring It On in a single turn doesn’t cost you the battle, it just continues on into other rounds like a normal fight. They also continue to be offered until you either stop or reach a certain multiplier, that I assume is based on monster vs player level.

On the positive side, the Vita IS region free, so as long as there’s an english language option...

Castlevania: Symphony of the Night. No matter how many times I beat it, I almost always have a copy of this readily available (Currently it’s on my Vita, PSP, PS3, and i have a disc copy and a PS1 with the screen)

Huh, Beat Takeshi to play ‘ole ape-face? Not a bad casting actually.

Deckard Cain, the last of the Horadrim, survivor of the fall of Tristram, escaped being imprisoned by the forces of Hell itself, slain by a butterfly magic wielding mid-boss.

“which allows the player to use rockets to launch themselves into the air, TF2 style”

Ahhh yeah, Breath of Fire.

The complete absence of, and radio silence regarding, the Vita port of Axiom Verge.
Also, just general support from Sony for the Vita.

Botchling, or any dealings with the Crones. Deliciously twisted.

You’re goddamn right Nick is number 1!

I may need to start up a New Game+ to see that all

Finally broke down and got a Vita Slim. Been waiting for the price to drop, but it looks like it’s leveled out. Fortunately, Gamestop had a sale for new slims, and i managed to grab a collector’s edition of Persona 4 Dancing All Night at Best Buy

Either it got patched, or it’s not a universal glitch, ‘cause I just tried it a bunch and Dogmeat just whimpered and didn’t find anything.

From left to right: Locke, Celes, and Edgar from Final Fantasy VI

Hmm, kind of reminds me of Freedom Fall.

Kind of reminds me of Shadowrun on the Xbox 360. A at least solid looking concept that, on its own merits, could be a pretty decent game, but utterly squanders the IP it’s using.
