If you don't have the time to learn about it you probably won't be able to play it. It has one of the steepest learning curves of any game, and is extremely demanding.

Yep and the latest patches have made the midgame a lot more hectic/deciding on the outcome. Compared to last years 4 protect 1 lineups to the current push/gank lineups we've been seeing a lot more 20-40 minute matches instead of 40-60 min matches

When you have games that prioritize one thing like KDR or achievements, you won't get good teammates. There aren't enough incentives in FPS games to prioritize anything else above KDR
