3rd the suggestion! love your articles sir - I'm driving at a pace of ~30k/yr and know my '14 new car purchase is going to run out of warranty coverage pretty quick...

the guitarist @ 3:25 > maaaan that sounds good.
While this is a great step towards pocketability - Bosch's last offering was actually pretty small (this is about 2/3's the size?) - at least it felt more robust in your hand.
blacking out lights is easy easy - a single switch and relay can act as a lighting kill switch. I have various switches on my bike to run with headlight off > fog yellow low beam > HID hi/low (in proper projector housings, no flames, plz).
huh.. There was a guy who owned one and drove it around Oahu when I lived there; I caught it coming down Pali Highway a few times (there's some surprising exotics out there considering the 35mph average road speed limit)
tl;dr (well, read most of it)
Scion Miami FTW!

Just saw your email addy below - sent you a message!
Totally feel your pain - when I was moving states I ran into the same issue and it sucks. Totally serious offer - let me know where this is in the SF/Bay Area and I can probably drop by as your proxy, handle this end etc. heck, it'll be a reason for a good ride. Send me a DM @ dontblink (since I don't know if direct…
I'll start with Kudos to the Architects - really amazing designs
lol "Super Detailed"
Most def! Check out this one : I followed the link to the vimeo site, that's pretty killer control
Have you driven the '14 MDX in the trim you'd buy vs similarly equipped other brands? After I did that, I realized I'd be paying 5k+ for it's rivals (Lexus/Infiniti were the closest but I just really don't dig their styling) - the motor isn't underpowered compared to it's rivals (and after some hill laden, twisty road…
not the best photos for sure - it looks great in white in person but that interior... blech. The Honda America website shows it with a black interior but apparently that's not available in 'mercia because i dont know. bummer because white over black looks great on this one
agreed the advance model is a joke - but in all serious; you'd have to start with a base AWD at least; the next trim up (Tech iirc) adds some nice useful touches and can be had for ~$45k
good points and I back those up - in Sport mode w/paddle shift the X is no slouch, can't say I've felt a 'loss' of power; even in the dry, it's really manageable power. I think I scare people in traffic around me for how I throw the MDX around; agreed with the review, it really handles like it's a lot smaller than it…
ooh tell me about it - I def cross shopped it. With all the options I wanted (to match) it was nearly 10k more + not a brand I've owned (*bit of a learning curve when I DIY) + 5 seats instead of 7... there were some other things I forget, though I really like the v60 T6 R-Design...wowza
*EDIT* - I own one (Tech/AWD), I don't have any minions or ball and chain and I'm under 30 ... pretty much the antithesis of their buying market and I'm really enjoying it. AMA > I love to talk cars.
