@Nightshift Nurse: It appears to be a a sequel to the Miles Edgeworth offshoot, but don't be fooled: The original AAI was one of the best games I've ever played. As for Apollo Justice, I advise against it. It's the weakest Ace Attorney by far. I'd suggest trials and tribulations.

This is perhaps the best story I've ever read. Period. Condoms, Burningman, a multi-millionaire and more. Jesus Christ. This needs a film adaption.

I know of tons of kids at my school who want to be game testers. Really, they're all greasy haired sweaty losers with no aspirations in life. People who are like that need to grow a pair and get a life.

@Kafke: I was actually almost suckered into buying one... Then I heard about the DSiXL, and saved up for that. And a few days before release, the 3ds was announced. I'm glad I didn't buy into them.

@Jackstick: I extrememly doubt it will change, but it would have been nice if there were two analog control sticks. We all know how that turned out on the psp.

@wazups2x: It may be old, but still, does that make it right? Why should we pay more money for a feature that should be free?

And this is why I hate Activision. Why should we have to pay for dedicated servers? It's not like bandwidth costs fifteen bucks a month. We buy the game, we give the company money. I'm not getting this, no matter what kind of reviews it gets. Buying something from Actvision is like handing money to the devil =/
