the worst part about tariffs is that they are sticky. even when the tariffs are removed the prices don’t go down. 

There are a lot of charitable organizations that provide and sponsor medical transport of patients like this. One of my co-workers flies for Angel Flights, where pilots use their own personal aircraft to move patients around. There are even organizations for pets, like Pilots N Paws.

I have questions about the interior work. I assume the dealer bought it auction with the messed up inside and then dropped the money to bring it up to snuff.  Lexus interiors are usually durable. ND at this price. I might be in at $10K.
