All I could think looking at a cross section of that steak was, that poor cow, do they actually have to slaughter it, or do they just wait for it to drop over dead on its own from cardiac arrest?

I understand what you mean when you say you couldn’t screw up a piece of meat this good.

That...actually doesn’t look all that appetizing. It looks more like whale blubber than a steak.
