I'm a FWD Dodge nerd. The red one above is a 2.2l Turbo I, making 146 hp, and it's quick. Probably high 7 sec 0-60. The black one is an actual Shelby modified GLHS with a Turbo II making 174. Those were 0-60 in the high 6 second range, and will run right with a stock 5.0 Mustang

Is it really an NSX? Too bad it doesn't look as good.

What? Are you kidding? That was a giant-killer by the standards of 1987.

It was its own car. Early ones had a Cadillac V8, but the Lincoln one turned out to be cheaper. Earl Madman Muntz was all about the cheap.

It won its class, but the driver said that it was so slow (and handled so well) that he didn't slow down for the turns.

Why'd you let off!?

Ok, HotShot was already taken. Howabout it's polar opposite: the ill-handling, heavy, Lincoln-powered Muntz Jet?

I'm sorry, did somebody just try to make a case for actually buying an Orochi?

Good answer.

So was the top speed.

It's not so much that it's fast, it just rewards your persistence with eventual speed.

An '84 Firebird, 305 with an automatic.

Crosley HotShot.

Walking pace at best, unfortunate styling, lack of AC...this is just all bad.

This one cuts it close. It's neither fish nor fowl...it's not strictly a part of the lightweight RWD coupes lamented by Graverobber, nor is it really in the league of elite sports cars. What it is, though, is potentially great, and the non-turbo 924 (it's not proper to compare it to the much costlier 944) that it's

Yobargainwrapzz.com? I believe that my attorney, Saul, would like to have a word with you...

It's front-heavy and slow.

So, German, Indian, or Malaysian. I understand now.

Not as pretty as a DB4, not as fast as a V8. Pretty poor condition. I think I'd pass on this one.

I think you're right, but the Mustang in your picture doesn't have real ones on it. The real ones have 5 lugs, where most Mustangs just had 4. Metallic Pea up there has some 4-lug repros.
