Not too sure.  Most of the for sale posts I see on the Subaru FB groups I’m part of are hatches.  Also I only pay attention to hatchbacks because that’s what I have.  :-D

Yeah, people still want the hatchback.  Since they don’t make them anymore, the remaining ones go for stupid prices.  Almost makes me want to sell mine, but then I’d want another hatchback.. :-D

It depends highly on the job / house market. Finding housing that meets your need (not wants) is key. You can always buy a larger house later, no need to get multiple extra bedrooms off the get go. It just means you put more money into a dumpster for PMI, utilities, maintenance, etc. I do understand that not everyone…
