The cops seem like they have more of a brain, they tend to come in squads which makes perfect sense. The mobile market is just begging for some good, hardcore, full featured, strategy games. XCom fills all of those criteria. This is a good step in advancing mobile gaming beyond the endless runners and puzzle games that everyone equates the platform with.
