I love the art and music for this anime. I'm really enjoying the space opera aspect as well. I kind of overlook the whole, alien life is the same as us problem, because this IS based off of a 1970s anime.

Last night, FAT BOY, actually started playing and running around with his favorite toy when I played with him. Just a couple of weeks ago he'd just lay there if I tried to play with him. So far so good!

I have one cat that was quite obese and solved the problem by separating the cats while I feed them. Fat boy eats alone...quickly...while the other two girls eat in another area. He always scarfs his down first and wants more but since he can't get to their food he's been shedding the pounds.

I tried to console myself with some Lay's Chicken and Waffle potato chips but it's like using a sock after a rapture filled night with a super model. Just. Not. The. Same.

AND NOW THEY ARE GONE :( It is better to have tasted Popeye's chicken and waffle tenders and lost than to have never tasted at all.

The screensaver is a little odd in that it kind of hijacks whatever screensaver you have set to launch rather than actually showing up in the screensaver section of settings. It's a little janky if you ask me.

I love my jailbroken iPhone 5 with 6.1.2 except for ONE thing and that's one damn tweak is making Spotify skip. I thought it was TypeStatus because they updated to a beta that reportedly fixed an audio skipping bug but it wasn't that. I'm still trying to narrow down which damn tweak it is. Grr.

I've always lived in the Midwest because I was born here and I've had jobs. Now I want to live somewhere with warmer winters and so I'm looking for jobs in Florida and Texas. Sometimes it's nice to be master of your own destiny and decide where you want to live rather than being born there or sent there for work.

I think having a degree makes it easier to switch jobs if needed. Also, you're not likely to get a highly technical job like engineering without a degree.
