Are you sure they were X31's? My X31's don't have bluetooth. Is that a feature they added later?

See, I have the opposite experience. Most of my friends on Xbox live have the same headset that I do, the X31, and they've been very happy. I do know that some have tried the really expensive TB's with bluetooth and that didn't over so well. I just got a pair of these $99 so I'll have to see how they fare.

I've had a pair of X31's that I've used almost daily for over 3 years without issue. My pair has not been garbage.

I would love to see a console launch in late October so I could pick up the console and then Ghosts for the next gen system. The number one complaint I hear from my friends about the new Xbox is that it's not backwards compatible and so it'll make their 'massive' game libraries obsolete. There are so many good tweaks out there that I even forgot several like Folder Enhancer, Infinidock, clear folder theme...just...so...many. And that's just the ones that are showing up on my homescreen.
