Yep, that's the Road Warrior's famous Australian-market 1973 Ford Falcon XB — the Pursuit Special, with a big supercharger. It's not actually said, but that would seem to confirm Mad Max still takes place in Australia, since these things are staggeringly rare outside of Oz.

Must. Build. One. For. Airboat.

Someone will be doing this down Canal St in New Orleans before too long.

I'd kind of love to retrofit a set to my Beetle, just as a way of sending a little message to any hardcore-obsessed Beetle fans out there. And that message would either be you're not alone, friend or maybe, holy shit are we a pack of geeks.

We Fox Mustnag owners, I find, are a rather good bunch. Unless you LS swap it, that will earn you a hearty "f*** you."

This is why the LX 5.0 needs to make a comeback. Infotainment system... don't need it, AM/FM/CD is just fine. Lighted cupholders... unnecessary. 5-Liter V8 in a factory sleeper package... do want.

I never want to hear anyone complain about a Foxbody's torsional rigidity ever, ever, again.

No Terminator Cobra? No Foxbody? Good thing I don't have a Playstation anyway.

If you look at that opening sequence, the trailer has tandem axles EXCEPT for when the car is under it. Only then is the trailer sitting higher and it only has one axle. Guess they figured no one would notice, not this guy.

Owner of a Fox Mustang and a 2nd gen Explorer. I has Max AC in both.

"Euro-ish" styling with fairly light weight and a 5.0L V8. Sounds like they're skipping the II and going straight for a spiritual Fox successor. I like the sound of that.

There are V8-swapped Rangers that will challenge your stance on 2WD trucks. Granted, they aren't production vehicles.

The ghost of H. B. Halicki is not impressed.
