220-hp and 258 ft-lbs. To be honest I think it’s to compete with the F30 328i, which is 242-hp. After that came out the A4’s 220 seemed a bit lacking, especially since the 328i was seeming to do close to the claimed hp to the wheels. .

It depends on the exercise, though. Cheat curls are a great way to fatigue a few more fibers while bringing extra muscles into play. Assisted reps are appropriate in many exercises. “bad” form isn’t bad unless there’s an actual risk or harm.
